What is your favorite supper for a hot summer evening?
I don't really have a favorite supper for hot months. Granted I try to stay away from things like chili....unless it's on a burger or a hot dog. I've never been one to shy away from a food just because of the weather outside, if I am craving it, I eat it.

I like roast beef for those hot summer days. My Mom roasts it during a cooler day then the leftovers are kept for sandwiches on the hotter days. Now that I live on my own, I have lots of Tuna ready for tuna melt sandwiches.
